Stepping into the world of Station Experience Community Workshops, where we’re not just talking about change - we’re making it happen. Picture a society where menstrual health and Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) are not whispered about in hushed tones, but discussed openly, embraced without shame. Imagine a world where these topics are recognized as fundamental human rights. This is the world we’re building with this program.

Our workshops are the heartbeat of this transformation. Empowering women and girls to assert their rights, arming them with knowledge on Menstrual Health Management (MHM) and Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE). We’re not just teaching facts - we’re facilitating a shift in behavior, positioning MHM and SRHR as integral components of overall health.

We’re advocates, urging duty-bearers to recognize MHM and SRHR as essential elements of health and wellbeing. The program is cultivating a movement of period-supportive societies, using the power of storytelling as a tool for advocacy and education in the SRHR field.

Creativity is our language. We collaborate with artists to translate human rights and health knowledge to communities, fostering access to comprehensive sexual reproductive education and starting conversation on the need for a rights-based approach to MHM education and advocacy.

This is transforming our Menstruation Station in Kisenyi to more than just a physical space – to it being a state of mind. It’s a safe haven for SRHR/MHM conversations, education, and access to menstrual products. It’s a place where proper sanitation facilities and running water are available for the community. But more than that, it’s a creative space for capacity building, influencing societal norms and redefining community life.

Our program is a comprehensive plan that encompasses MHM & SRHR workshops in communities. We’re using the refined creative tools from the Menstruation Station to redefine societal perspectives on menstrual health and human rights. The program is conceptualizing a safe haven for women and girls as a transformative state of mind. The objective is to eradicate discrimination, foster inclusivity, and heighten conversation on MHM & SRHR.

We believe that before people can be in charge of their wallets, they should be in charge of their bodies. Together, we reshape the way the world works.
