BWEN envisions a network of communities, united and propelled by the fundamental forces that shape life and prosperity: trust and relationships. We see these elements as the levers that bind together the key stakeholders in society, facilitating the flow of opportunities and values. These stakeholders include organizations, marginalized youth, educational institutions, storytellers, artists, communities, and civic leaders. Our vision is to build their capacity to thrive in relation in a system that works for all. We aim to create a world where these individuals are not just surviving, but flourishing, empowered by a system that recognizes and values their potential

BWEN is from the street, it is for the street, and we hustle change from the street culture. We change and adapt to situation and that defines how we operate. We believe in human connection as tool for a wave of change that is for tomorrow! We don’t give up and We won’t give up!

Since the beginning the biggest determinant of where humanity places value has been STORY! People below the margins aren’t a problem to be fixed, they are the solution once given the stage. We have the opportunity to tell the story of what a job is and intentionally creating an inclusive job portal with relation between intelligence insides and outside the margins. We are the economists; we are the ones that place value, so it has to be us to unleash the potential of all life on earth by telling that story.
With this organized chaos we see the emergence of change projects and tools that transform from individual ideas to system change tools leading to a dawn of a life system that leaves no one behind. Hence drafting tools that will live for forever.
MISSION
BWEN, born as The Wellbeing Foundation in 2015, is dedicated to empowering marginalized youth. Our mission is to transform their untold stories into a platform for expression and growth. We don’t aim to change their identities, but to shift their perspectives, turning perceived hardships into resilience. We believe in the power of their experiences, which equip them with a unique wisdom of survival. By bringing this intelligence to the fore front of system design, we strive to foster peaceful societies, provide universal access to justice, and build effective institutions. BWEN is a network; it’s a movement towards a more equitable world, one story at a time.
